Rental fee

Rates are all-inclusive (including electricity, water, gas, building expenses, internet , municipal taxes, towels, sheets, weekly cleaning).

Accepted stays from 5 days to 3 months.

Rates vary according to length of your stay and whether you will stay on your own or with your partner. Please contact me at roxinatango[at]yahoo.com.ar for a personalized quote.

For my tango students: if you are currently enrolled in one of my tango courses, or if you take regular private classes, please ask for your special discount.

 Security deposit 
At the beginning of your stay, you pay a security deposit of 200 euro which I will return to you at the end of your stay when you leave the apartment without damages
