Let me know a) when you intend to arrive and when you will leave, b) whether you wish to use the apartment on your own or with your partner, and c) which apartment you wish to reserve. Once I receive your request, I will confirm the availability of the apartment for the dates you requested, and will let you know the total cost. I will also send you the payment details that you need to make the reservation.

To reserve you must be at least 21 years old. Guests are obliged to give their names, passport number, age and address, as well as details of their expected time of arrival.

B.- You reserve the apartment by paying 20% of the total cost of your stay. You can make your payment:
  • In cash
  • By Western Union.
  • By bank deposit.

Payments in cash and European bank transfers are free of charge. Western Union has its own fees, which you must pay. Upon receipt of the payment of the reservation, I will send you an email that confirms receipt of the payment, gives you the address of the apartment, and we agree the time and date when you want to be received in the apartment.
C.- The remainder of your rental fee is due 14 days before your arrival date (unless we have agreed another arrangement).

2.- What is the deadline for paying the reservation fee?

The normal deadline for paying the reservation fee is within 24 hours of requesting your reservation. I will confirm by email the time by which you must pay for your reservation and will wait for you to send me confirmation of your payment and the details of the transaction. If you cannot meet this deadline, please let me know and reconfirm that you wish to reserve the apartment.

3.- Cancellation policy of reservation

There is no refund of the reservation fee in case of cancellation. If you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date, you do not owe the remainder of your rental fee. After that date, the full rental fee is due.

4.- When and where can I pick up the keys to the apartment?

At the agreed time of your arrival, we meet in the apartment, you pay the security deposit, we sign a lease (contract), and I give to you the keys to the apartment.

5.- Refundable security deposit?
Next to your rental fee, you pay a refundable deposit (200 euro/250 USD) to cover any damages to the apartment that may occur during your stay. If you leave the property without damages, the entire security deposit will be refunded to you when you check out.
6.- What costs are included in the published price?
The published price includes all expenses related to the apartment: electricity, gas, building expenses, municipal taxes, water, wi-fi internet access. For guests who stay ten days or longer, cleaning service once a week is also included in the price.
7.- What costs are not included in the published price?
Time for check-in and check-out is flexible between 9 a.m. (09:00) in the morning and 9 p.m. (21:00) at night. Arrivals and departures outside those hours, i.e. before 9 a.m. or after 9 p.m., are possible as well but carry an additional charge of 50 USD/50 EUR. When making your booking request, please let me know your preferred times for check-in and check-out, so I can make the necessary arrangements to welcome you at the time that suits you best.
8.- Who should I get in touch with if I have problems with the apartment?
I am the owner of the apartment and I will assist you during your stay. When I am not in Buenos Aires, my trusted representative will be there to assist you in case of need.
9.- How do you work out the check in time?
  • Most international flights arrive at Ezeiza Airport (EZE) and my representative or I will await you in the apartment about two hours after your flight has landed (allowing for the time it takes you to pass through immigration, pick up your luggage, and take a taxi). If you arrive at Jorge Newbery Airport (AEP) it will usually take you less than 60 minutes to the apartment.
  • 10.- What happens if my flight is late? What happens if I miss my flight?

When you make your reservation, I will ask you for your flight number and arrival time, so that I can check with the airport whether the flight has arrived on time or whether it is delayed. When I know the new arrival time, I will allow 90 minutes to two hours (if you arrive at Ezeiza) before I meet you in the apartment. In the event that you miss your flight, you should contact me by telephone or e mail, to let me know, and to give to me the new flight number and expected time and date of arrival.

  • 11.- What happens when I leave the apartment, and when will my deposit be returned?
I or my representative will meet you for the check out at the time and date that we agreed together when you checked in. At this point we will check whether everything is in order in the apartment, return the security deposit to you, and collect the keys.
