* The apartment is just like in the pictures. It's quite spacious and very
clean. The bed's very comfortable and huge. There's a supermarket just
around the corner, as well as shops/ restaurants. The communication and
check-in couldn't have been better. I had a very good stay here and

* Such a perfect place to experience Buenos Aires from. Exactly as
described and the host's friend met me upon arrival with a bowl of fresh
fruit. It is centrally located with buses, taxis, and the subway within
quick reach. There are a variety of restaurants nearby and so many
bookstores and theaters in the vicinity.
Experiencing a city from a place you can call home makes all the
difference and this place was home for three weeks. Roxina was very
communicative and i would recommend her and this space to anybody
traveling to BA. It was affordable, clean, sunny, had a small kitchen
(with a grocery store around the corner) so you did not have to eat out
all of the time, a small safe for belongings, and the Internet worked
flawlessly. Also, there was a mobile phone to use and tips laid about
for places to visit and eat at in the city.

* I recently spent a week in BsAs at Roxina's quiet, sunny & centrally
located studio apartment. The photos on Airbnb are an accurate
depiction of the space. Roxina's friend, Laura, was at the apt when I
arrived & gave me a very warm welcome along with beautiful bowl of
fresh fruit & a bottle of water in the fridge. Laura explained all
details of the apt & we set up (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) on our
cell phones for communication purposes. Although this is a studio
apartment, there was plenty of space for me to feel comfortable, plus
the brilliant red of the bedding was so cheerful. Since the apt is
located in the back of the building, it was very quiet which is a PLUS
in the bustling city of BsAs. THE BED!!!! WOW....king size and so
comfortable & cozy with sufficient comforters to provide warmth. I
loved having the armoire to hang & store all of my clothes. There
was sufficient lighting in all areas of the apt, especially by the bed
for reading. Even a safe was provided for keeping "spare change" &
valuables. Wifi worked just fine. The small kitchen served my purpose
for light cooking & salads as I was out and about, eating most meals
at cafes & restaurants while exploring the city. Located in the
Congresso area so easy walk to Corrientes & Avenida de
Mayo/Rividavia & the beautiful park. Since I dance tango, I found
that many of the milongas were in easy walking distance to the apt: La
National, El Beso, Leonesa & even Obelisco. There are Subte stops
nearby, plus buses. A friend recommended a small cafe on around the
corner on Bartolome Mitre', Cafe y Compania. This became my morning stop
for cafe y dulces. I had a really wonderful time in BsAs. Staying at
Roxina's apartment was a great find, so I'll be back. Gracias y besos,

* Tolle wohnung!!! Sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Ich habe mich
sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute zentrale lage und doch ruhig, so dass ich

* De advertentie weerspiegelt de woning goed: het is een hele prettige,
mooie ruimte, met comfortabel bed, fijne badkamer en leuk keukentje. Het
is echt rustig, 's ochtends kan je de vogeltjes horen fluiten en toch
ligt het vlakbij het levendige deel van Avenida Corrientes met zijn
theaters en aan de andere kant het majestueuze plein van Congresso en
Avenida de Mayo. Verschillende metrolijnen en bussen brengen je zo naar
andere delen van de stad. En voor de tangodansers: El Beso is op
loopafstand!
Roxina en vriendin Laura zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar alles
liep dus verder geen beroep op hen hoeven doen.

* "Sonnig, zentral, sicher und ruhig". Das beschreibt die Wohnung von
Roxina schon sehr gut! Mein Freund und ich waren zudem auf der Suche
nach einer schönen, sauberen und bezahlbaren Wohnung in Buenos Aires und
haben sie eindeutig gefunden.
Schon beim ersten Betreten der Wohnung haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.
Wunderbare Holzmöbel, dunkles Parkett, ein gemütliches Bett, ein
sauberes Bad und eine kleine Küche, die vollkommen ausreichend ist, um
sich abends eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen. Wichtig war uns, dass man keinen
Straßenlärm hört und in dieser Wohnung hat man Glück! Sie liegt ideal
und hat zudem ordentliche Fenster.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist zudem super. Restaurants und Bars sind
innerhalb von 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso gibt es einen
Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke und eine kleine Bäckerei, in der man
morgens viele Leckereien und natürlich Medialunas bekommt. Mit dem
französischen Kaffeebereiter, der in der Wohnung zur Verfügung steht,
sollte einem leckeren Frühstück also nichts im Wege stehen.
Eine der längsten Avenidas "Corrientes" ist ebenfalls fussläufig zu
erreichen. Von hier aus kann man in die Subte steigen oder zum Obelisco
spazieren.
Das Zentrum haben wir zu Fuß erkundet, andere Barrios mit der Subte oder
einem Collectivo.
Die Kommunikation mit Roxina und ihrer Freundin Laura, die die
Schlüsselübergabe organisiert hat, funktionierte problemlos und sehr
sympathisch. Und das obwohl ich ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit meinem
Hinflug hatte und nicht wie geplant angekommen bin...Laura stand bereit
und hatte bei Fragen immer gute Tipps.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Buenos Aires und in der Wohnung von
Roxina. Und möchten am liebsten wieder zurück :)

* I had a wonderful time at Roxina's apartment in Congreso. It is a very
roomy apartment, with a comfortable bed and couch. Roxina was not there,
but her friend welcomed me on the day of arrival and bid me off on the
last day. The apartment is close to many restaurants, grocery stores,
bakeries, and to the Metro station Congreso. To Corrientes it is only a
short 15 minute walk as well. It is a very safe neighborhood and I felt
overall very well there. Rosina is a very gracious host, even from afar,
and replied all of my questions about the city and other matters very

* Die Wohnung war genau die richtige Wahl! Sehr schön und sauber, zentral
und alle wichtigen Geschäfte und Dienstleister um die Ecke. In der Küche
ist ein modernes Inventar vorhanden. Internet, ein Radio und sogar ein
Mobiltelefon stehen zur Verfügung. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir
herzlich Empfangen und es wurde uns alles genau erklärt. Ein Obstkorb
war als Willkommensgruß aufgestellt. Das große Bett war sehr bequem und
wir haben wundervoll geschlafen. Es gab absolut nichts zum aussetzen.

* Lovely (and very well equipped) apartment in an excellent central
location. Roxina was unable to meet us for check in, but her friend
Sylvia was really friendly and helpful. Communication was quite slow
during our stay when we had questions, but Laura was very helpful with
advice about the city. The apartment is very spacious and clean and
there was fruit left in the kitchen for us for our arrival which was
really kind.
I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Bs As, and it's great

* Die Lage der Wohnung ist unübertrefflich (nähe U-Bahn, verschiedene
Buslininen, etc), man hat ausserdem verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, aber trotzdem ruhig.
Eingerichtet ist sie geschmackvoll und sehr funktional. Die
Kommunikation mit Roxina war sehr gut, auch Laura die uns die Wohnung

We really liked the location: tango classes 3 blocks away, right in the hub of several good milongas. So tango tourist are very well served. * We had a great stay at Roxinas apartment! It was very clean and tidy and provided everything you need, even a mobilephone. The apartment is situated in Monserrat/San Nicholas which is quite near to the central business area near plaza de mayo and the obelisco! There is also a good bus connection to Recoleta and Palermo (No 15, leaves on Callao, get a sube card or have "Moneda" Coins, with you). The place is comparingly quiet. * Compact and well-equipped this apartment was perfect for my needs. Very clean, really comfy bed, minimal but tasteful furnishings and decoration, nice bright bathroom, a cute little kitchenette with kettle + fridge. There's even a local mobile phone you can top up with credit from one of the many kiosks. Great central location. A great find for the price.
Roxina was really easy to deal with... very prompt in her communications and very helpful. Her fiend Laura, who dealt with the checkin and check out, was equally friendly. All aspects of the booking both before and while I was there were handled extremely efficiently.

* Путешествовала впервые в Аргентину вместе с собакой. Боялась, что будет много проблем всвязи с проживанием. Очень понравились по расположению апартаменты Roxina Villegas. Чистые, есть все необходимое, вблизи магазинов и большого количества транспорта. Рядом очень красивый парк, где можно было гулять с собакой. Пекарня напротив и продуктовый магазин за углом. Всё очень понравилось! Всем рекомендую. Одно маленькое замечание - путешествовала в Буэнос Айрес в зимнее время. Пару ночей было холодновато... Но в тёплый период проблем не было вообще. * Ótimo apartamento, próximo as principais avenidas e comércio. O apartamento é sem divisórias e possui boa circulação de ar entre as janelas, ótimo para casais. Não é tão próximo ao metro, mas grande parte das circulações são possíveis de ônibus. Há restaurantes bem próximos o que facilita para os momentos de necessidade rápidas. Todos os horários com a anfitriã foram cumpridos e facilmente marcados. Para quem tiver com muitas malas, será necessário fazer algumas viagens de elevador, pois nele cabem apenas 2 pessoas. * We had a wonderful stay at this clean, well-equipped, and centrally located apartment. Aside from some internet troubles for the first few days, none of which were the host's fault, and all of which where ably handled as quickly as possible, we had only positive things to say. It's right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to Palermo, Recoleta, San Telmo, and other touristy places. Also near good restaurants, or walkable to trendier areas. * We loved the aparment; it is situated in Congreso, a neighborhood physically in the center of BA and close to other neighborhoods. Subway and free bike rental just down the block. The bed in the apartment was fantastic, as was the shower. The internet in the place was really fast. It met all our needs easily, it even had a safe! Though we did not meet Roxina, her friends Laura and Cecilia took care of a very smooth check in and check out and assisted immediately where needed. We highly recommend the place! May 2013. I had been in BsAs for a month already and at the last minute decided to stay for an extra week. I needed to find a place very quickly and Roxina was great. She was in Europe at the time, but was still incredibly helpful and fast throughout our communication. Her friend Laura is the person who helped me with the check in and check out. She was equally as helpful throughout my stay. So what I am saying is that the hosts are great!
The apartment is equally as amazing. The bed is a brand new queen which is very comfortable. The entire place was sparkling clean with beautiful parquet floors. Small kitchenette, but it has everything you need. Good sized bathroom which was also very clean.
The location might be my favorite part. On the surrounding blocks there are plenty of grocery stores, great restaurants, Congreso Plaza, subway, and almost anything else you need. A bit further is the Plaza De Mayo, San Telmo (with a great street market on sundays), Florida Street but all well within walking distance.
I don't have anything bad to say about this place. It was a great experience staying here!!April 2013. Parker from USA.
